<br> to send feed samples
When sending a sample for analytical testing, the examining officer or the officer hearing the case or the court hearing the appeal should send it as follows:-
(a) The sample of the grain material should be attached with the form specified in Schedule-3 and should be stamped and sent securely.
(b) The name and quantity of the sample or the number of the collection, if any, should be clearly marked on the bag in which the grain sample is kept and on the outer cover where it is turned.
(c) One copy of the form to be sent as per Clause (a) and a sample of the print on the cover of the sample should be kept in a separate envelope.
(d) Seal the bag in such a way that it does not open or leak, tie the bag with a thick paper and tie it with a thread or a rope, and put a stamp in at least four different places in such a way that the letters are clearly visible and when the stamp is applied, put it in such a way that it is not possible to open the bag without removing the stamp. will fall.
(2) The chief or public analyst of the Central Food Research Institute or a person authorized by him shall open the cover of the sample of grain obtained according to sub-rule (1) after checking whether the seal on the cover is correct and keeping a record of its condition.
(3) The head of the Central Food Research Institute or the public analyst shall analyze or test the sample of the grain material obtained as per sub-rule (1) and send the result to the concerned officer or to the court in the form prescribed in Schedule-4.
